By opening or installing neXend, you explicitly agree to these Terms. Please read them thoroughly before making local peer-to-peer transmissions.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to run and use neXend on your personal devices strictly for non-commercial or compliant utility purposes.
2. User Conduct & File Sharing
You are solely responsible for all content shared, managed, or played using neXend. You agree not to distribute unlawful, copyrighted, harassing, or malicious material. You represent that you own or have the explicit rights to transfer all selected files.
3. Offline Transfer & Security Disclaimer
neXend functions on local network connections. While we design tools to keep connectivity secure (like device authorization trust steps), you are responsible for maintaining clean device environments and selecting only trusted peers.
4. Disclaimers & 'As-Is' Warranty
neXend is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free local server starts, 100% device compatibility across all Android OS versions, or uninterrupted mirroring services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, loss of local file data, or battery optimizations.
